JHL Expands Customer Service Team

Amanda Middleton has joined the JHL Digital Direct team as a Customer Service Account Representative. Amanda comes to JHL with ten years of experience in the direct mail industry and has extensive knowledge of printing, direct mail production, and postal regulations. According to Jim Felhofer, JHL Sales Director, “We’ve been growing steadily for several years and needed to expand our customer service team to handle our growth. Amanda has been a perfect fit. Her knowledge of the industry has enabled her to make immediate contributions to our customers and our organization.”

Amanda joins Serena Menge, Rick Bie and Mike Tans on the JHL Customer Service Team. Collectively the group has nearly fifty years’ experience in direct mail project management.
