Company News

October 2005
JHL Mail Marketing, Inc. has introduced three substantial new inserting capabilities in the last year. These are Read/Print, Two Way Matching and Selective Inserting.

Read/Print is an improvement over our existing matching technologies. What this means to the customer is that we read a code on the insert piece and then print the address when the package is complete. Prior to this we had to address both pieces before inserting operations started. This offers complete accuracy and better turn-around times.

Our new two way matching allows us to insert two personalized pieces into an envelope with electronic quality control.

Selective inserting provides our clients with the ability to commingle several different inserts with a personalized insert in the same mail stream. This is more efficient and often results in postage savings.

The really exciting news is that all these capabilities can be combined in a single operation. We have added these abilities to one of our new high speed Buhrs inserters and are already considering adding this capability to our second Buhrs inserter.

September 2006

JHL Mail Marketing, Inc. has added a second Norpack high speed poly machine to service our clients' needs. This machine offers some unique new capabilities that have been requested; a windmill opener and several "over the track" rotary feeders. These new additions provide us the ability to offer pieces inserted inside the cover of the main product for "blow-in" feel and the ability to feed end bound books at production speeds.

The addition of the second machine also alleviates the production crunch and meet our clients' mailing schedules.

November 2006

JHL Mail Marketing, Inc. has added a Buskro solvent based inkjet machine with a 3" print width. This machine has the unique ability to print perpendicular to the address panel. The controller is also capable of driving downstream inkjet equipment for additional capabilities.
